PROCESSOR PASTRY AND DOUGH

To make pastry, fit the plastic mixing blade or double bladed knife, according to your machine.


  1. Cut fat into small pieces

  2. Add flour and salt

  3. Process for 10-20 seconds, until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs

  4. Add cold water and process for a further 20 seconds, until a ball of pastry is formed

To make dough fit the plastic mixing blade or the dough blade, according to your machine.


  1. Add all dry ingredients and process

  2. Add liquids through feed tube with the motor running

  3. A ball of dough will form after 15-20 seconds

  4. Process for further 1 minute or until dough is smooth and elastic
